How will I receive my purchase?

We source licence keys through authorised distributors, enterprise licensing programmes, and legally permitted secondary software markets. Keys are verified as unused at the time of sale.
What are your delivery options?
All products are delivered digitally via email. Once payment is confirmed, the product is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
Are products region-locked?
We currently sell exclusively to customers located in the United States. While our digital licenses are global and can be activated in any region, orders can only be placed with a US billing/delivery address.
What happens if my licence key doesn’t work?
Contact our support team with the error details. Defective or invalid keys are reviewed, and eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the licence key has not been activated. Defective or non-delivered keys are always covered. No restocking fee applies.
What if I need a refund after receiving my digital product?
Refunds may be limited once a key or download link has been delivered. Eligible cases — non-delivery, defective or invalid keys, or technical faults on our side — are reviewed according to the Refund Policy.
